TrainTrak™ Operator Recertification Reminder System
The IVES TrainTrak™ Operator Recertification Reminder System is one of the most valuable services available to IVES Certified Trainers. When you login to the Member Dashboard on this website you will see it listed on the left-hand side menu. This service will assist you in complying with applicable regulations by keeping you up-to-date on who needs recertification and when.
In the US, according to OSHA regulations, you are required to re-evaluate your powered industrial equipment operators at a minimum of once every three years (36 months). In Canada, provincial regulations may require that you re-evaluate your forklift operators anywhere from every 18 to 24 months in BC and 36 months for the rest of Canada.
Simply add the names of the operators you certify. Every time you login, you will be able to generate a report showing who you certified and when they are due for recertification. The system will automatically send both you and the operator a reminder notice three months prior to the expiry date of their certification.
If an operator leaves your company and you no longer want to receive reminder emails for them, just pull them up using the Certifications Report and deselect the boxes labelled Myself, This Operator, and The Supervisor Shown. You and your corresponding staff will no longer receive reminder emails for that operator’s recertification.

This free service is available for forklifts, aerial lifts, loaders, excavators and mobile cranes. Reminder emails are sent 90 days prior to the operator needing recertification and can be sent to both the operator directly and the supervisor or other person responsible for ensuring the recertification training is completed. Recertification is mandatory for forklifts and this IVES TrainTrak™ system will recognize the State or Province that you are located in sending the reminders based on that information. IVES recommends retraining/re-qualification on all types of mobile equipment and the IVES TrainTrak™ system will allow you to input your operator training records for the applicable mobile equipment types.
