IVES offers an alternative to sending your trainee to an open enrollment training program with our Custom On-Site Training Programs. We come to you! IVES Certified Master Trainers use the same proven materials and aids at your company, using your classroom for theory and basic understanding of operational techniques. Our Staff Trainers then use your equipment to conduct either train the trainer or operator training on practical applications and equipment handling.
Our Custom On-Site Train the Trainer Certification Program teaches your trainees all they need to know about your specific equipment and how to effectively train and certify your operators. Each trainee’s knowledge and demonstrated skills are evaluated and graded prior to certification.

IVES Custom Operator Recertification Program will address the regulatory requirement of having your previously certified forklift operators recertified for a further term. Operator Requalification also available On-Site for aerial lifts, loaders, excavators and mobile cranes.
Custom Supervisor Program
The Custom Supervisor Program is designed for those individuals with the responsibility for supervising mobile equipment operators and operations. Once the operators get their initial training, supervisors need to be qualified to monitor the day-to-day safe equipment operations.
