Custom Supervisor Program
Our Custom Supervisor Program offers training for supervisors and managers to help them spot and correct unsafe usage of equipment in your workplace. Your mobile equipment operators may be trained in the safe operation of your mobile equipment but they are still human and frequently fall back into unsafe habits. Supervisors, employers and managers must have the skills to recognize and correct unsafe behavior… otherwise you could be held liable in the event of an accident investigation.
Program Details:
Program Duration: One half – one full day
Program Structure:
Classroom instruction – 80%
Open forum discussion – 20%

- What constitutes “adequate training” as required by applicable standards
- Your risks of liability and strategies to protect yourself from litigation
- How to identify unsafe behavior and find out what corrective action you need to take
- Developing strategies for ensuring long-term, safe operational practices
- How to evaluate operator competency
- What you need to document to protect yourself from litigation
