Let IVES assist you in complying with federal and/or state regulations by enrolling in our TrainTrak™ Reminder System. This is a FREE re-certification notice service we offer to our many valued clients.
In the US, according to OSHA regulations, you are required to re-certify your powered industrial equipment operators at a minimum of once every three years (36 months). In Canada, according to federal standards and in some cases provincial regulations, you are required to re-evaluate your forklift operators at a minimum of once every two years (24 months).
To participate in our TrainTrak™ system, you must complete the form below and submit it to IVES - we will ensure your certified operators are entered into our system. Three (3) months prior to the expiration date of your operator's original certification a Re-certification Notice will be sent to the contact person(s) you have identified on the form. Once you receive that notice you will have a 3-month time frame to re-test the knowledge and hands-on skills of your operators, re-train if necessary and re-certify/re-evaluate them prior to the expiration date.
