The Lock-out Tags will help you secure your lift truck or other material handling equipment until repairs are made. Each tag is perforated so the bottom can be removed and adhesive double sided tape allows it to be attached to work orders. The top and bottom are numbered to keep track of each incident. Tags with double sided tape to attach to work orders. This package comes with 25 lock-out tags and 25 straps.
