IVES Forklift Certification Training in New York
Our newest forklift training location is located in Middletown, Orange County, New York. Middletown is about 70 miles north of New York City. If you are looking for safety training in The Empire State, IVES Training Group can help. Through our location in New York State we offer industry leading Train the Trainer programs for users of both forklifts and aerial lifts. Our trainer programs aren’t make or model specific, we cover all types of forklifts including Clark, Hyster, Raymond, Clark, Crown, John Deer, Toyota, Nissan, Gradall, Lull, Skytrack, Skyreach, and Yale.
The New York State Plan for Public Employee Safety and Health (PESH), by authority under Section 27(a) of the New York Labor Law, is responsible for promoting the health and safety for more than 2 million State and Local government employees in the State. The New York Plan received initial plan approval on June 1, 1984 and certification on August 16, 2006. The New York Department of Labor has been designated as the agency responsible for administering the plan throughout the State.
OSHA regulations on forklift training are very specific about the content and delivery of forklift operator safety training. At IVES, we use OSHA’s powered industrial truck operator training standard (CFR 29 1910.178(l)) as the guideline for all of our equipment safety training programs. That means when you successfully complete an IVES Train the Trainer program and start using the IVES Training System™ at your workplace you can rest assured that your in-house forklift training or any of you powered industrial equipment safety training meets or exceeds OSHA regulations.
Our newest training location in New York has borders that touch two Great Lakes (Erie and Ontario); the provinces of Ontario and Quebec in Canada; Lake Champlain; three New England states (Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut); the Atlantic Ocean, and two Mid-Atlantic States, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
