Requalification Materials are available for standard (counterbalanced) forklifts, narrow aisle forklifts, powered pallet trucks, rough terrain telehandlers, aerial boomlifts, scissor lifts, wheel loaders, and skid-steer loaders. Requalification programs must be delivered at regular intervals as mandated by government regulations for forklift operators. Re-training and re-evaluation of forklift, mobile elevating work platform (MEWP), and loader operators must also be performed based on incidents attributable to operator error or on the observations of the employer.
